API Access Process

1.Signing the contract
Before formal docking, please ensure that the company has signed a contract with Ctrip.
2.Assign Account
After the contract is signed, Ctrip merchant operations will assign supplier IDs and backend management accounts to the suppliers. Suppliers can use the Ctrip Vacation VBK backend on their own（ https://vbooking.ctrip.com ）Create sub accounts and assign permissions. If you have any account related issues, you can contact Ctrip Business to handle them.
3.Interface development
Suppliers need to develop relevant interfaces according to the API documentation. If you encounter any problems, please consult Ctrip Production Research in a timely manner.
4.Self-help debugging and testing API
The VBK backend provides multiple tools to support suppliers in completing interface debugging and testing on their own: click here to access
5.Use case acceptance
- After the core interface debugging is successful, please contact Ctrip for confirmation (please keep screenshots of the successfully debugged page).
- Please use VBK self-service acceptance test cases for on-demand car, and manual acceptance test cases are required for airport/station transfers and charter car.
6.Production regression testing
After the sandbox environment acceptance is passed, you can contact Ctrip to activate the grayscale mode of the production environment and complete regression testing on your own.
7.Other information configuration before going online
After passing the production test, please contact Ctrip Business to configure the necessary business information before the official launch.
8.Officially launched
