旅客携带危险品须知


1、旅客携带的危险品应符合国际民航组织《危险物品安全航空运输技术细则》及中国民航局的规定。

2、除以下表格规定的危险品外,旅客不得在交运行李、手提行李、随身行李中携带危险品。

3、某些机场安检部门,基于安全考虑,对于某些物品采取更严格的限制措施,必要时请向始发站机场进行咨询。

4、以下规定只适用于由深航实际运营的航班。深航与其他公司实施代码共享或与星空联盟成员实施联程运输航班时,旅客还应遵守实际承运人的规定。

2            

锂电池供电的电子设备(包括医用装置)

1)使用的锂离子电池瓦特小时大于100Wh但不大于160Wh的锂离子电池;锂金属含量超过2g但不超过8g的医用电子装置专用锂金属电池;

2)电子设备如需托运,必须采取措施防止设备意外启动并保护设备不受损坏;设备必须完全关闭(非睡眠或休眠模式)。

备用电池,包括备用锂金属或锂离子电池芯或电池(锂金属电池锂含量≤2g; 锂离子电池额定能量≤100wh



便携式电子设备所用电池只允许旅客在手提行李中携带。对于锂金属电池,锂金属含量不得超过2g;对于锂离子电池,额定瓦特小时不得超过100Wh

主要作用是作为电源的物品,如充电宝视为备用电池。这些电池必须单独保护以防止短路。

每人最多携带20块备用电池(备用电池含锂电池及其他类型电池)。

飞行过程中不得使用充电宝,且必须关闭充电宝。

备用电池,包括备用锂金属电池芯或电池(2g<锂金属含量≤8g,仅限便携式医疗电子设备)或锂离子电池芯或电池(100wh<额定能量≤160wh


消费电子装置和轻便医用电子装置(PMED)使用的瓦特小时大于100Wh但不大于160WH的锂离子电池,或仅轻便医用电子装置使用的锂金属电池含量超过2g但不超过8g的锂金属电池。

最多2个备用电池限在手提行李中携带。这些电池必须单独保护防止短路。

只能作为手提行李,不能托运。

酒精饮料




(1)商业零售包装;

(2)体积浓度在24%以上但不超过70%的酒精饮料,装于不超过5升的容器内,每个人携带的总净数量不超过5升;

(3)体积浓度小于或等于24%的不属于危险品;体积浓度超过70%的酒精饮料不得携带;

(4)还应遵守中国民航液态物品规定。

8            

安全包装的弹药(武器弹药筒、子弹夹)



(1)只限1.4S UN0012和UN0014,仅限本人自用,每人携带毛重不超过5千克。一人以上所携带的弹药不得合并成一个或数个包装件;

(2)仅适用于运动员,应出具公安机关签发的枪支弹药携运许可证。

9            

化学品监视设备

由禁止化学武器组织(OPCW)的官方人员公务旅行携带。

10        

固体二氧化碳(干冰)

1)用于非危险品鲜活易腐食品保鲜的干冰,每位旅客携带不得超过2.5千克;

2)但包装要留有释放二氧化碳气体的通气孔;

3)交运的行李必须标注“干冰”或“固体二氧化碳”及其净重,或注明干冰小于或等于2.5千克。

电子香烟



必须采取防止意外启动的措施;不得在飞机上使用或为其充电。

12        

安装在自动充气安全设备中的小型非易燃气瓶

(1)2.2项气体的小型气罐,每个设备携带不超过2个气罐;

(2)每位旅客携带不超过1个设备和不超过2个备用小型气罐。每人携带不超过4个其他设备用的水容量最多50mL的气罐。

13        

用于操纵机械假肢的气瓶

为满足旅途中的使用需求,可以携带大小相仿的备用气瓶。

14        

含有烃类气体的卷发器


(1)如果卷发器的加热器上装有严密的安全盖,则每名旅客或机组人员最多可带一个。

(2)这种卷发器任何时候都禁止在航空器上使用,其充气罐不准在手提行李或交运行李中携带。

15        

产生热量的物品

如水下电筒(潜水灯)和电烙铁。发热部件、电池应取下。卸下的电池保持绝缘。

16        

含有冷冻液氮的隔热包装(液氮干装)


液氮被完全吸附于多孔物质中,内装物为非危险品。

17        

内燃机或燃料电池发动机




必须符合《危险品规则》A70。

18        

节能灯


个人或家庭使用的装在零售包装内的节能灯。

19        

装有锂电池的保安型设备



防止意外启动,锂电池不超过100wh或2g。气罐装有不超过50ml2.2项气体。

20        

装有密封型湿电池或符合《危险品规则》特殊规定A123A199电池的电动轮椅或其他类似助行器



限老弱病残旅客使用。电池防短路,固定在轮椅上。如电池可以拆卸,应拆下并带入货舱。航班起飞前48小时向深航申请。

21        

装有锂离子电池的电动轮椅或其他类似助行器



(1)限老弱病残旅客使用;

(2)电池牢固地装在轮椅或助行器上并且电流按照生产商的指引断开或者如果代步工具/助行器经专门设计为可拆卸电池,由乘客按照制造商说明书拆下电池。从助行器上取出的电池不得超过300Wh,或者对于配备两块电池的助行器,每个电池不得超过160Wh;

(3)每位旅客最多可以携带一个不超过300Wh 或两个不超过160Wh的备用电池;

(4)从助行器中取出的任何电池和任何备用电池都放在客舱内运输。卸下或备用电池必须做好防止损坏的保护(例如将每个电池装入保护袋中)。

5)航班起飞前48小时向深航申请。

22        

非放射性药品或化妆用品,

2.2项非易燃无毒气溶胶(体育运动用或家用)


非放射性药品或化妆用品(包括气溶胶)如发胶、香水、科隆香水以及含酒精的药品以及2.2项体育运动用或家用非易燃无毒气溶胶,总净数量不得超过2千克或2升,每单个物品的净数量不得超过0.5千克或0.5升。气溶胶阀门必须有盖子或用其他方法保护,以防止意外打开阀门释放内容物。

备注:中国民航局规定,航空旅行途中自用的化妆品必须同时满足三个条件(每种限带一件、盛放在单体容器容积不超过100毫升的容器内、接受开瓶检查)方可随身携带。

Dangerous goods carried by passengers or crew

  1. When passengers or crew carrying dangerous goods, the rules of ICAO TI and CAAC shall be observed.
  2. Dangerous goods must not be carried by passengers or crew as checked, carry-on baggage or on one’s person , except as otherwise provided in the table below.
  3. Variations may exist in different airports and countries. It is suggested to consult the departure airport when necessary.
  4. The following rules are applied when Shenzhen Airlines is the actual carrier. For interline or code share flight, passengers must observe the requirements of the actual operator.

1

(6) Each person is limited to a maximum of 15 PED.

exceeding 100Wh but not exceeding 160 Wh. For portable medical electronic devices only, lithium metal batteries with a lithium metal content exceeding 2 g but not exceeding 8 g.

(2)If devices are carried in checked baggage passengers or crew must take measures to prevent damage ;the device must be turned off(not in sleep mode or hibernation).

 Spare lithium batteries for PED only can be carried in carry-on baggage.

For lithium metal batteries , the lithium content not exceed 2g; for lithium-ion batteries the watt-hour rating not exceed 100wh

The primary purpose of which is to provide power to another device, e.g power banks, are considered as spare batteries.

Each person is limited to a maximum of 20 spare batteries ( all types of batteries).

Power banks must be turned off and can’t be used during flight.

Spare batteries must be individually protected to prevent short circuits

Spare lithium batteries including lithium

metal battery(for medical electronic devices , with a lithium content exceeding 2 g but not exceeding 8 g )or lithium ion batteries ( exceeding 100wh but not exceeding 160 wh)

(2) Alcoholic beverages containing 24% or less alcohol by volume are not dangerous goods. Alcoholic beverages containing more than 70% alcohol by volume are forbidden for carriage.

8            

Ammunition (cartridges for weapons), securely packaged



Only for Div.1.4S, UN0012 or UN 0014 in quantities not exceeding 5 kg gross weight per person for that person own use. Allowance for more than one person must not be combined into one or more packages. Only be carried by athletes.

9            

Chemical agent monitoring equipment

Carried by staff members of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons on official travel.

10        

Dry ice (carbon dioxide, solid)

In quantity not exceeding 2.5 kg per person when used to pack perishables not subject to the DGR in checked or carry-on baggage, provided the baggage (package) permits the release of carbon dioxide gas. Checked baggage must be marked “dry ice” or “carbon dioxide, solid”, and with the net weight of dry ice or an indication that there is 2.5 kg or less dry ice.

specifically designed to allow its battery to be removed by the

user: the battery must be removed. The wheelchair/mobility aid

may then be carried as checked baggage without restriction, the

removed battery must be carried in strong, rigid packagings which must be carried in the cargo compartment.

Apply for approval 48 hours before flight.

21        

Lithium Battery-powered wheelchairs or other similar mobility devices



For use by passengers whose mobility is restricted by either a disability, their health or age, or a temporary mobility

problem (e.g. broken leg).

The battery is either (i)securely attached to the wheelchair or mobility aid and the electrical circuits are isolated following the manufacturer’s instruction or

(ii) Removed by the user, if the mobility aid is specially designed to allow it to be, following the manufacturer’s instructions. The battery removed from the mobility aids must not exceed 300 Wh, or for mobility aids fitted with two batteries, each battery must not exceed 160Wh.

A passenger may carry a maximum of one spare lithium ion battery not exceeding 300 Wh or two spare batteries each not exceeding 160 Wh.

Battery removed from the mobility and any spare batteries are carried in the passenger cabin and must be protected from damage (e.g. By placing each battery in a protective pouch).

Apply for approval 48 hours before flight.

22        

Non-radioactive medicinal or toiletry articles (including aerosols) such as hair sprays, perfumes, colognes and medicines containing alcohol; and Non-flammable, non-toxic (Division 2.2) aerosols, with no subsidiary hazard, for sporting or home use.



The total net quantity of non-radioactive medicinal or toiletry articles and non-flammable, non-toxic (Division 2.2) aerosols must not exceed 2 kg or 2 L and the net quantity of each single article must not exceed 0.5 kg or 0.5 L. Release valves on aerosols must be protected by a cap or other suitable means to prevent

inadvertent release of the contents.


Note: according to the CAAC regulation, cosmetics for personal use during air travel meet the three conditions at the same time can be carried in carry-on baggage:

(1)    limited to one for each type,

(2)    placed in a container with container volume not exceeding 100 ml,

(3)subject to open bottle inspection.
