为做好新冠肺炎疫情防控工作,保障广大旅客的身体健康,对于近期有出行需求的旅客,我们建议您仔细阅读以下注意事项,确保顺利出行。
厦航按照中国民用航空局的相关意见,采取了严格的预防措施,包括并不限于:在值机、登机时使用红外线体温计对您进行体温检测;请您自备口罩(如佩戴N95口罩,应选用无呼吸阀的型号),并保持全程戴好;如果您有发热(≥37.3°C)、乏力、干咳等症状,服用退烧药,或者您不愿意接受检测,将被劝导终止行程。
如您曾接受过新冠病毒检测结果为阳性,或14天内有接触新冠肺炎病例、疑似病例、无症状感染者的情况,为了您和其他旅客的健康,建议您暂缓出行。
如您乘坐国际、地区入境航班,依据《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》等法律法规及有关部门要求,为全面加强入境检验检疫工作,请您完整填写《中华人民共和国出入境健康申明表》,并对所填报的内容保证真实无误,以保障您与其他旅客的健康安全。如有不实申报,根据中华人民共和国有关法律法规的规定,您将可能受到行政、刑事处罚,对航空公司及他人造成损失的,根据中华人民共和国法律法规的规定将承担相应的法律责任。
对于高风险航班,航班会预留后三排座位,作为机上应急事件处理时设置隔离区使用,如您出现发热、乏力、干咳等症状时,乘务员将根据防控流程将您带至后排进行隔离。
厦航将依法保护您的个人信息,按照国家疫情防控的相关要求所收集的体温等健康信息仅用于疫情防控的目的,非经您的授权或国家法律法规要求,不会提供给除出发地、经停地以及目的地国家和地区政府、机场及其授权的机构或个人以外的任何第三方。
(一)根据《关于进一步做好境外入闽人员健康管理的公告》和《关于进一步做好近期常态化疫情防控重点工作的通知》,对所有境外入闽人员(含入境经福州、厦门机场中转出港的人员),无论是外国公民还是中国公民一视同仁,均在入境地实行14天集中医学观察。旅客在入境时进行1次核酸检测,并分别在集中医学观察第7天、第13天进行1次核酸检测和一次血清抗体检测。其中,目的地为福建的旅客,在解除14天集中医学观察后,仍需执行7天居家医学观察,在第7天再进行1次核酸检测;目的地非福建的中转旅客,需尽快安排好后续离闽行程。
(二)有中高风险等级地区旅居史的旅客(以国务院客户端“疫情风险等级查询”小程序查询结果为准,详见附图1),在抵达第1天和第13天各进行1次核酸检测,必要时需配合进行血清抗体检测。高风险地区入闽旅客应当自抵闽之日起开始实施14天集中医学观察;中风险地区入闽旅客应当自抵闽之日起开始实施14天集中或居家医学观察。
(三)集中医学观察期间产生的食宿费用由观察对象自行承担。
(四)自6月8日起,根据《关于统一使用“八闽健康码”的公告》要求,所有入闽人员应通过“闽政通”App(下载链接,详见附图2)提前自主申报相关信息(操作流程,详见附图5)后领取“八闽健康码”。请各位旅客如实填报个人健康信息,并积极配合体温检测、医学巡查、集中医学观察、核酸和抗体检测等措施。
(五)自7月4日起,根据北京市疫情防控要求,离京的旅客需要确认来自北京市低风险地区,且旅客本人的北京健康宝健康码状态为“未见异常”(详见附图3)。体温检测正常,方可进入候机楼办理乘机手续。
(六)请各位旅客出行前请仔细检查核对出入境证件、签证的有效期限,避免耽误既定的出入境行程。目前各地均有采取措施进行防控,请各位旅客配合执行您航程始发地、目的地、中转地所在城市的防控规定。请您合理安排到达机场的时间,为防控措施的执行预留充足时间,避免不必要的损失。
为减少疫情跨境传播,从26国(意大利、美国、西班牙、德国、伊朗、法国、韩国、瑞士、英国、荷兰、奥地利、比利时、挪威、葡萄牙、瑞典、澳大利亚、巴西、土耳其、马来西亚、丹麦、加拿大、以色列、捷克、爱尔兰、菲律宾、泰国)已购买回国机票的中国籍旅客需要提前填报防疫健康信息。具体要求如下:
(一)自2020年4月22日起,已购票旅客在登机前第14天起需要提前通过“防疫健康码国际版”微信小程序(详见附图4),连续逐日填报个人资料、健康状况、近期出行情况等信息。特殊情况可由他人代为填报。
(二)未按上述要求填报的,将无法登机。旅客填报虚假信息,将导致行程受阻,并须承担相应法律责任。
为确保国际旅行健康安全,降低疫情跨境传播风险,根据中华人民共和国民用航空局、海关总署、外交部三部委联合发布的《关于来华航班乘客凭新冠病毒核酸检测阴性证明登机的公告》,要求来华航班乘客实行凭新冠病毒核酸检测阴性证明登机(具体执行日期,以乘客始发、中转地中国使领馆发布的最新规定为准),安排如下:
(一)搭乘航班来华航班的中、外籍乘客在登机前5天内完成核酸检测。检测应在中国驻外使馆指定或认可的机构进行。
(二)中国籍乘客通过防疫健康码国际版小程序拍照上传核酸检测阴性证明,并申领带“HS”标识的绿色健康码或健康状况声明书。
(三)外国籍乘客凭核酸检测阴性证明向中国使领馆申办健康状况声明书。
(四)有关航空公司负责在登机前查验健康码状态和健康状况声明书。不符合相关要求的乘客不能登机。各航空公司应严格履行查验手续。
(五)乘客提供虚假证明和信息,须承担相应法律责任。
(六)中国大使馆将认真评估驻在国核酸检测能力,并在具备条件的时候发布具体实施办法。

Dear passengers,
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and to protect our passengers from the risk of infection, we highly recommend you to carefully read the following precautions to ensure smooth travel.
Preventive measures taken by Xiamen Airlines
According to CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) prevention policies of COVID-19, Xiamen Airlines is taking strict preventive measures. This includes temperature screening by Non-contact Body Infrared Thermometer at check-in counters and boarding gates. You are required to bring a mask. If it's a N95 mask, please choose the one without a valve. Please do wear it during the entire flight. Any passenger with fever(≥37.3℃), fatigue, cough or other flu-like symptoms, or who conceals their symptoms by taking medicines to control temperature will be denied boarding. If any passenger who refuse temperature screening will not be able to continue their journey as well.
If you have ever been tested positive for COVID-19, or have had contact with a confirmed or suspected case, as well as patients with asymptomatic infection in last 14 days, you are advised to change or cancel your travel plan for the time being to reduce the risks.
To strengthen the containment measures of COVID-19, in accordance with the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People’s Republic of China, all travelers taking on international/regional inbound flights are required to fill in the Health Declaration Form on Entry/Exit, declaring their health conditions truthfully to guarantee safety of other travelers. Those who report their health conditions falsely, could be subject to administrative or criminal punishment according to relevant regulations and laws of People’s Republic of China. If any losses or damages to the airlines or other travelers are caused by such behaviors, they will be held accountable by laws and regulations.
We will reserve the last three rows of seats as the quarantine area for onboard emergency on high-risk flights. If you show any symptoms such as fever, fatigue or cough during the flight, the cabin crew will take you to the area for isolation as per our containment procedures.
We will protect your personal information in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your health information (such as body temperatures) collected as the requirement of national containment policies will be only used for the disease containment purposes. We will not provide or disclose your information to any third-parties except the governments, airports or its authorized agents of your departure, transfer or destination countries/regions without your consent, unless we are required or permitted to do so under applicable laws.
Officially-published preventive measures
All overseas travelers entering Fujian will receive nucleic acid testing upon arrival, and receive both nucleic acid testing and antibody testing for the second and third time on their 7th and 13th day respectively during their quarantine. After finishing their 14-day medical observation in designated places, travelers who take Fujian as their final destination are required to extend quarantine period for another 7 days at home and receive their fourth nucleic acid testing on the last day of their home quarantine; travelers who will continue their trip to other cities are required to leave Fujian immediately.
3.The expenses of accommodation and food incurred shall be borne by the travelers themselves.
4.Starting from June 8, 2020, according to “Notice on the Unified Use of the Fujian Health Code”, all travelers entering Fujian shall declare relevant information in advance through the “闽政通”App (please scan the attached code NO.2 below to download the App) before arrival and get the Fujian Health Code (we have a detailed guide in the 5th attachment). All inbound travelers shall truthfully report personal health conditions, and cooperate with relevant departments on temperature screening, medical inspection, medical observation in designated places, nucleic acid testing, antibody testing and other measures.
5.According to the latest COVID-19 prevention measures in Beijing, starting from July 4, 2020, it must be ensured that all outbound travelers are from the low-risk areas of the city. In the meantime, their Beijing Health Kit (“北京健康宝”) should show a “no abnormality” result (please see the attached code No.3). After passing temperature checks, those travelers are allowed to enter the airport terminal to check in and board the plane.
6.We strongly advise you to double check your travel documents, such as passport validity before departure to make sure a smooth entry. So far, all places nationwide have taken strict preventive measures.Travelers should cooperate with the local frontline workers in their departure cities, destinations as well as their transfer cities in line with the local prevention policies. Please allow enough time at the airport before departure to implement the prevention and control measures, avoiding any losses caused by missing a flight.
Public announcement jointly released by Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and General Administration of Customs of China (GACC)
In order to curb cross-border spread of the virus, Chinese passengers who have purchased return air tickets from the following 26 countries (Italy, the USA, Spain, Germany, Iran, France, South Korea, Switzerland, the UK, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Australia, Brazil, Turkey, Malaysia, Denmark, Canada, Israel, Czech, Ireland, the Philippines and Thailand) are required to fill in and report their health information in advance for epidemic prevention. Specific requirements are as follows:
Joint guideline released by three authorities of P.R.China
To ensure the health and safety of international travelers and reduce COVID-19 spread, the three authorities of P.R.China - Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs have jointly released the Statement of China-Inbound Passengers to Present Negative COVID-19 Test Results Before Boarding. This statement requires that passengers flying to China must provide negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test results before they board the flight (The implementation dates are subject to the latest statements issued by the Chinese Embassies or Consulates in the countries where passengers are located). Here are the details:
